I just received news that my photo, "Capturing a Shadow" has been accepted by juror Kate Breakey into a show called "Still." Works were chosen for their evocation of quiet, calm emotions and states of being. The show will be on view at the A. Smith Gallery in Johnson City, TX from Aug. 14 until Sept. 27.

Another work, "On the High Plains of Colorado" has been accepted for the "American Landscapes" show at the Maryland Federation of Art in Annapolis, MD. This show runs from Aug. 14 until Sept. 13.

Both shows were international in scope and contain some impressive work.
