I have been juried into an international show in Switzerland called Maires du monde (Marshes of the World), sponsored by the Fondation du Grand-Cachot de Vent.  A link to all 50 chosen entries is here ( http://www.grand-cachot.ch/#!marais-du-monde-les-rsultats/c11sa).  This is my first international juried exhibition outside the U.S.  My accepted entry was "End of Winter" (2012).

National Gallery of Art

Today, Feb. 11, I was honored to give a talk about my work as a part of a series at the National Gallery called "Works in Progress."  The feedback from such an informed audience was extremely valuable, and I want to thank everyone who was able to attend.

Good Bye 2012

At the end of the year we had some foggy days, and I took the opportunity to visit an empty parcel near my house.  This image captures the sense of decay that permeates the place, nature's seasons and man's folly wrapping together.
